All these details go into the proposal, which upon signature becomes the progress and completion reference for both parties.

We have a 40,000sf distribution facility with inventory ready for immediate pickup or delivery, and access to dozens of lighting manufacturers to solve special project needs. Project plans are prepared in-house to ensure each project is built according to the signed proposal.
3. Project Permitting & Management
We make each project experience simple and easy for our clients as the single point of communication throughout the government approval and installation process. All installations are performed by our preferred network of licensed and insured electrical contractors.
